Well designed and functional websites may look beautiful, but it will not be complete if the performance is lacking. I put equal focus into page optimisation to deliver the best customer online experience. There's always been a geeky-engineer inside me. Solving problems, improving functionalities whether it is with design or technology is something I really enjoy doing.

Over the years, I've managed various projects and teams. I have an adaptive approach to management. I believe that each case is different and should be treated differently. I enjoy working in teams to deliver the best projects possible within timelines.

Nowadays, in our digital world, analysing data is essential to make sure targets and objectives are met. Defining the goals and business objectives and setting the right strategies and tactics, I monitor and analyse website and ecommerce performances to make sure we reach the objectives.
